It was recently revealed that Redmi 10 is coming to give a unique experience in the entry level budget segment. It was first found in the US FCC certification. Then the listing of the device with render and specification on an online shopping site in Singapore and very recently the certification of NBTC in Thailand indicated that the launch of Redmi 10 is imminent.

Putting an end to the speculation, Xiaomi announced Redmi 10 through their official blog post last night. Pictures, specification-features, everything was mentioned in the blog. But Shaomi deleted the post at the last moment. Why this was done, however, is not known;

However, as far as can be guessed, an employee of the company had mistakenly posted the post on the blog. Xiaomi may want to take a little longer to bring the Redmi 10 officially to market.

Xiaomi leaked the specification with the picture of Redmi 10

On Friday, August 13, Xiaomi published a blog post announcing the launch of Redmi 10, according to a report by XDA Developers. However, Xiaomi removed the post soon after. Until then, however, XDA developers have been able to publish reports on the handset. Note that Redmi 10 is already listed on certification sites and online retailers, so we are already aware of its specifications and features.

Redmi 10 Specification

According to Xiomi's blog post, the Redmi 10 has a 6.5-inch Full HD Plus (1080x2400 pixels) display. This punch hole design will support adaptive refresh rates (30 Hz, 50 Hz, 60 Hz, and 90 Hz). That is, the refresh rate will vary depending on what content is being viewed on the phone. Redmi 10 uses MediaTek Helio G7 processor.

For photography, the Redmi 10 has a quad camera setup on the back - a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultraviolet lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone has an 8 megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. For power backup, the phone comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, which will support 16 watt fast charging and 9 watt reverse charging.

For security, this smartphone will come with AI Face Unlock and Sound Mounted Fingerprint Sensor. Redmi 10 will run on Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 custom skin.

After looking at the specifications, it is clear that Redmi 10 has all the ingredients to make it more popular than its predecessor Redmi 9. But it remains to be seen when it will hit the market or what the price will be.
