Email is one of the most important means of exchanging information. This is especially important in office work. And while using this email, a lot of mails are deposited in our inbox. Google's email service Gmail has the option to delete up to 100 emails at once. The technique by which many mails can be deleted at once works only through the web. It is not possible to delete mail from smartphone with this technique.



How to delete many mails from the inbox at once


1. Emails needed to avoid any risk should be marked as 'unread' first.



2. Then you need to save the necessary emails in a separate folder. So that these emails are not deleted in any way.


3. Now open your Gmail inbox, go to the search bar, type is: read command and press enter button, Gmail will show a list of emails that have already been read.


4. Now go to the checkbox option and select all the mails at once and delete them. In this case, after selecting 50 or 100 emails, the option ‘select all conversations that match this search’ will come up.


5. In the final checking, you have to check whether you want to leave any email in the selected mail. If so, uncheck the specific email and click the Trash icon in the taskbar. Now you have to delete all the selected mails. At this time a top-up message will come from Google. Click 'OK' there.


If you select many emails at once, it will take time to delete. But it will definitely take much less time than manually deleting.
